Deborah Charmayne Price, 56, of Rileyville, died on Sunday, Nov. 15, 2020.

She was born on July 7, 1964, in Arlington and was a daughter of Charles David Kern of West Virginia and Mary Elizabeth Smith Biller of Harrisonburg.

Surviving in addition to her parents are two daughters, Brandy Leigh Burns of Columbia, S.C., and Katrina Louise Link of Wahiawa, Hawaii; a son, William Preston Price of South Carolina; five sisters, Carol Dinges of Luray, Crystal Charm Kern of Winchester, Heidi Marie Turner and Candace Dawn Portaluppi, both of Alexandria, and Lani Petrovics of Manassas; a brother, Charles David Kern Jr. of West Virginia; and two grandchildren.

Services are planned for a later date.
