Obituary
Danny Lee Gray, 68, of Stanley, passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at Skyview Springs Nursing and Rehab.
He was born on June 4, 1954, in Luray and was a son of the late Gilbert Gray and Hilda Crawford Gray.
Danny worked at the Alma Poultry Plant for 18 years.
He is survived by two sisters, Sonia Dinges of Stanley, and Darlene Gray of Harrisonburg; and six brothers, David G. Gray of Timberville, Dewayne Gray of Woodstock, and Jackie Gray, Philip Gray Sr., Kevin Gray and Jeffrey Gray, all of Stanley. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Randell Gray Sr. and Gilbert Gray Jr.; and a sister, Patricia Beydler.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 29, at St. George Episcopal Church in Pine Grove by Evangelist Doug Gochenour. Burial will be in the Graves Chapel Cemetery in Stanley.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, April 28, at St. George Episcopal Church.
