Danny Lee Berry

Danny Lee Berry, 69, of Stanley, passed away on Monday, March 24, 2025.

He was born on April 7, 1955, in Page County and was a son of the late Thomas Newton Berry and Rose Marie Aleshire Kaminski.

On August 30, 1980, Danny married Gracie Mae Berry, who died on March 24, 2024.

He is survived by two daughters, Loretta "Lynn" Martinez and Birdena "Birdie" Short, both of Stanley; a brother, Windell Wayne Buracker of Luray; a granddaughter, Daniela Morris and husband Chad of Elkton; a grandson, Casey Breeden and fiancée Samantha Wood of Stanley; and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by five brothers, Leonard Frank Buracker, Walter William Buracker, Junior James Buracker, Donnie Lee Berry and Randy Thomas Berry; and two sisters, Connie Lou Somers and Peggy Buracker.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 28, at the Mount Zion Cemetery in Luray by Pastor Randy Miller.
