Charlotte Elaine Comer

Charlotte Elaine Comer, 83, of Shenandoah, died on Sunday, March 29, 2020, at Sentara RMH Medical Center.

She was born on Aug. 4, 1936, in Stanley and was a daughter of the late Thomas J. Nauman and Pearl Lee Jenkins Nauman.

Mrs. Comer was a member of the Hilliards Chapel Assembly of God in Stanley.

On Nov. 2, 1960, she married Glendon Comer, who died on Dec. 14, 2000.

She is survived by a sister, Lena M. Cubbage of Stanley. She was preceded in death by seven sisters, Martha Adams, Mary E. Burner, Audrey H. Burner, Margaret P. Lansberry, Doris P. Montgomery, Ethel A. Cubbage and Zethel O. McCoy; and two brothers, Thomas H. and Ernest A. Nauman.

A private graveside service will be conducted.
