Bradley Scott Dove

Bradley Scott Dove, 50, of Stanley, passed away on Monday, August 11, 2025.

He was born on September 27, 1974, in Rockingham and was a son of the late Beverly W. Dove and Judy Ann Miller Dove.

On November 7, 1997, he married Barbara Broadway Dove, who survives.

In addition to his wife, Bradley is survived by a son, Bradley Dove and wife Kristen of Stanley; a daughter, Brianna Dove and fiancé Josh Huffman of Stanley; three sisters, Yvonne Buracker, Mindy Richards and Charlotte Price, all of Stanley; his stepfather, Kenneth Price of Luray; two uncles, Larry Dove and wife Stacey of Texas, and Norman Miller of Bayse; a grandson, Wyatt Cole Dove; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, August 22, at the Calvary Independent Brethren Church in Stanley.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 23, at the Calvary Independent Brethren Church by Pastor Charlie Turner. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Randy Broadway, Stuart Burton, Jeff Dinges, Duke Breeden and Rusty Short.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Bradley Funeral Home to help the family with expenses.
