Bonnie Lou Wood

Bonnie Lou Wood, 71, of Shenandoah, passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022.
She was born on March 10, 1951, in Stanley and was a daughter of the late Garland Hilliards and Minnie Katherine Knight Hilliards. 
Bonnie had owned and operated Wood's Antiques for many years. She was a member of the Trinity Assembly of God. 
On April 11, 1970, she married Charles Cecil "Sonny" Wood, who died on July 13, 2013. 
She is survived by two daughters, Tracey Rothgeb and husband John of Rileyville, and Malissa Wood and companion George W. Hopkins II of Shenandoah; a sister, Betty L Davis of Luray; a brother, James Garland Hilliards of Stanley; four grandchildren, Aiden Wood and Serena Wood, both of Stanley, and Jason Rothgeb and wife Jennifer, and Karen Gray and husband Derek, all of Luray; and two great-grandsons, Pierce Rothgeb and Kobe Gray. She was preceded in death by five brothers,  Chester R., John F. and Vincent Hilliards, and Bobby Lee and Harold Good; and three sisters,  Margie A. Price, Peggy Crouch and Josephine Henry.
Services are private.
