Obituary
Billy Franklin Dallas, 67, of Stanley, went to be with his Lord and Savior on August 16, 2023, surrounded by his loved ones.
He was born on September 2, 1955, and was a son of the late Leott Dallas Sr. and Dorothy Brown Dallas.
On December 3, 2003, Billy married Susan Marie Dallas, who died on August 28, 2022.
In addition to his parents and his wife, Billy was preceded in death by a brother, Johnny Lee Dallas; a sister, Patty Dallas; and a brother-in-law, Ralph "Skip" Comer.
Billy is survived by two sisters, Carol "Cricket" Breeden and husband Daniel of Luray, and Frances "Frankie" Comer of Fairfax; a brother, Leott Dallas Jr. and wife Norma Dale of Stanley; his half siblings, Kathy Knight, Lisa Pumphrey, and David and Daniel May; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at a later date.
