Billie Walsh Barnett

Billie Walsh Barnett, 78, of Luray, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2024, at Whispering Pines Assisted Living. She moved to Luray in May 2023 from Walnut Cove, NC.

She was born on March 6, 1946, in Detroit, MI, and was a daughter of the late Martin Raymond Walsh and Julianne Gribben Walsh.

On April 1, 1967, Billie married Wayne "Tiny" Mulholland, who died on February 2, 1975. She later married John Barnett, who passed away on June 19, 2008.

She is survived by a daughter, Dina Mulholland McGrady and husband Dow McGrady III of Luray; a son, David Mulholland and wife Alicia Mulholland of Orlando, FL; a stepdaughter, Brynn Barnett of Washington, D.C.; a sister, Connie Walsh of Casselberry, FL; and four grandchildren, Danyelle McGrady Aptekhmanov and husband Mark Aptekhmanov of Luray, Dow N. McGrady IV and wife Carlie McGrady of Luray, Channing Mulholland of New Jersey, and Brooke Mulholland of Oviedo, FL.

A private service is scheduled for a later date.
