Betty Ann Lucille Simmons, 81, of Luray, passed away on Monday, August 12, 2024, at Page Memorial Hospital.
She was born on June 20, 1943, in Fresno, CA, and was a daughter of the late Earl and Alicia Carpenter.
Betty is survived by two daughters, Alicia Muehlebach and husband Marion of Luray, and Ginger Palazzolo and husband Bill of Richmond; two sons, Mark Wade and wife Laura of Spring, TX, and Jeffrey Simmons and wife Lindsay of Houston, TX; two sisters, Ruth Spidell of Iowa, and Linda Bonham of Oregon; eight grandchildren, Heather (Kevin Estep), Jeremy (Heather Knott), Jessica (Freddie Clark), Ashley (David Twilley), Brandon, Carson, Myles and Anna; and eight great-grandchildren, Aidan, Tristan, Elija, Lily, Alexys, Chloe, Nate and Aurelia. She was preceded in death by a brother, Philip Carpenter; and two sisters, Janet Baker and Margaret Snyder.
Services will be private at a later date.
