Betty Jane (Atwood) Clendenon
Obituary
Betty Jane Clendenon, 89, of Luray, formerly of North Carolina, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2020.
She was born on April 23, 1931, and was the only child of the late Floyd and Ruth Irene Atwood.
Betty retired from a grocery store in North Carolina and had also worked at the local IGA and theater. She was a member of the Lutheran church.
She is survived by three children, Carolyn Miller and husband Rudy, and Eddie Smith and wife Alice, all of Luray, and Terry Tyndal of North Carolina; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Services are planned for later date.
