Benjamin David Carter, 68, of Stanley, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2024.
He was born on July 12, 1956, in Virginia and was a son of the late Basil Clifton Carter Sr. and Jean Romana Cline Carter.
Benjamin worked for the Baltimore Steelmill as a boilermaker.
He is survived by a brother, Basil Clifton Carter Jr. of Stanley; and a son, Jacob Carter.
