Alfred Wesley Jones Jr., 88, of Luray, passed away on Friday, February 6, 2026.
He was born on October 6, 1937, and was a son of the late Alfred Wesley Jones Sr. and Virginia Bowers Jones.
Alfred was a veteran of the United States Navy and had worked as a supervisor for Century Link.
His wife, Nancy Jane Burton Jones, died on July 6, 2013.
He is survived by a son, Alfred Wesley Jones III; a sister, Jean Hollis; three grandsons, Bryan Jones, Bradley Jones and Derek Jones; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert D. Jones.
Services are planned for a later date.
