Connie May (Lucas) Dinges

Connie May Dinges, 59, of Luray, died on Monday, Sept. 2, 2019.

She was born on June 11, 1960, in Luray and was a daughter of the late Jessie Lucas and Freeda Printz Lucas.

Mrs. Dinges was a member of the Blue Ridge Pentecostal Church.

Surviving in addition to her husband, Russell Lee Dinges, are three sons, Dwayne Dinges of Ruckersville, and Russell Dinges Jr. and Christopher Price, both of Luray; two daughters, Jessica Knott of Stanley, and Crystal Price of Luray; a sister, Shirley Lawson of Martinsburg, W.Va.; three brothers, Richard Lucas and Jesse Moulder, both of Luray, and Terry Lucas of Stanley; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Tony and Jessie Lucas Jr.; and four sisters, Della E. Biller, Brenda Lucas, Sandra Kay Lucas and Sarah Lucas.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 6, at the Blue Ridge Pentecostal Church. Burial will be in the Calvary Independent Brethren Cemetery in Stanley.

The family will receive friends beginning at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 5, at the church.
